Teflon Lined Reactor
Introduction:
The Teflon plate-lined reactor refers to the selection of the best PTFE material and thickness according to the different working conditions of the user, and the PTFE material is bonded to the surface of the steel substrate, so that the reactor can achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion.
Performance Characteristics:
- Applicable medium: acid, alkali, organic solvent, various corrosive medium
- Performance advantages: high purity, extremely low precipitation rate, in line with the purity requirements of the photovoltaic industry.
- It can resist the penetration of small molecular gases, including oxygen, carbon dioxide, chlorine, and hydrogen chloride.
- The surface is extremely smooth and the friction coefficient is very small.
Teflon Lined Reactor Material:
1. Reactor shell: carbon steel, stainless steel 304, 316L, titanium alloy Ti, duplex stainless steel 2205.
2. Inner lined material: PTFE, PFA.
Structural Characteristics:
1. Reactor form: K type(open reactor) reactor, F type(closed reactor) reactor.
2. Reactor heating form: jacket heating, inner coil heating, insertion tube heating, outer half-coil heating.
3. Structural advantages: no need to set up a large flange of the cylinder, only a manhole can be used for construction/
